The Devotion Veil
β Soft Flowy English Net
β Scattered Velvet Hearts
β Faux Ivory Pearls
β Double Sided DesignDrop Style Veil- No gathering at the clip and two wear ways, over the face or flipped to the back.
Each pearl and heart is meticulously applied by hand, ensuring a stunning appearance from every angle.
-
Shape
I recommend aligning the veil's length with your gown's flare.
A-line/Ballgown dress? β Elbow Length Veil
Mermaid/Trumpet? β Finger Tip Length Veil
Sheath β Any Length will look wonderful!Colors
The best-suited gown colors with this veil are ivory/cream tones. As well as black.I would avoid bright white for this veil unless it is covered in glitter jewels or sequins.
Fabrics
All fabrics will work with this veil but I particularly like a high glam couture or vintage aesthetic for this design. -
Prep Before The Wedding
Perk of English net is you wonβt need to worry about wrinkles!
β Just use a bit of tape to spot clean the velvet hearts.I donβt recommend a full lint roller for this one. The veil can get wrapped up in it.
Cleaning Your Veil After
May not be needed, but you can hand wash gently if it gets dirty.
lay flat to dry.Storage and Travel
β Keep in a dry area and out of direct sun and with good air flow.
β Do not place other items in with your veil.
β Only use plastic for short term storage. -
Each veil and accessory I offer here has been designed and made from scratch in Kansas City, MO, USA.
I partnered with the talented Courtney at Roux Bridal, a local seamstress and couture dressmaker to create these.
Both my seamstress and I believe in quality over quantity. We take every step to ensure a well-constructed and designed item.
Here are some of the design details you can expect
β ALL veils are in the 108β extra-wide fabric, which gives a voluminous look that can be pulled around your body.
β All combs are wrapped, and clips are double-supported
β No messy edges, all seams are clean and look the same front and back
β Permanent coloring, unlike other dip-dye veils, there will be no color bleed or change with washing/rain.Each is steamed and packed delicately, so it comes out of the box ready to wear. A cute hanger, travel bag, and full care guides are provided with every order.
My process for coloring each item is intensive. I go over every section front and back several times, and although it is a paint base, the application and treatments I have developed leave a soft, flowy finish and bright, smooth gradients.
